Hiring Policy

Finding the right person for the job...

Temporary employees are an excellent way to search for permanent employees to fill your job openings.

Executive Staffing Services invests significant time and money in testing, interviewing and advertising to recruit the most qualified temporaries. As a result, we have adopted a full time hire policy to assist in recovering a portion of our costs.

All temporary employees provided to you are aware of this policy and agree to it when they register with us.

Executive Staffing Services, inc requires a temporary employee to remain on the payroll for eleven weeks. It has been our experience that this allows reasonable time for a potential employer to properly evaluate the individual's performance, personality and work habits before committing to permanent employment on your payroll.

During this initial period if for some reason you are not satisfied with the temporary employee, we will provide you with a new candidate and the time worked to that point is applied to the new candidate's 11-week period.

You are never obligated to hire any temporary employee. The 11-week period may be shortened as a buy-out with prior consent from Executive Staffing Services, inc.

Payroll Services

Save money and time...

Executive Staffing Services offers its clients a payroll service which means we payroll candidates that you find. This service is particularly convenient for those instances when you may not want an employee to show on your payroll. For instance, this might include short term hires, family members, previously laid off workers, seasonal employees, etc.

Executive Staffing Services handles the bookkeeping, federal, state and local taxes, worker's compensation and any deductions, while you save money and time!

Getting Started

To begin payroll services, just call our office at 330-928-9330 with the person's name, beginning work date, pay rate and duration of employment if known. We will arrange to meet with your candidate to complete the application, tax forms, and discuss the payroll timesheets.
